Day #19: Disrespecting your parents
I have never thought that disrespecting parents was a good idea. It only results in getting grounded, or otherwise punished. At least that was my experience as a kid. Now I am friends with my parents and I respect their opinions. Because of the environment that they created while I was growing up, I've never felt overly defiante of them.
So overall, don't disrespect your parents, because they know what they are talking about! Even if you don't think they do.
